Abonament RTV od stycznia 2021 - ile kosztuje, kto musi płacić, a kto jest zwolniony z tego obowiązku? Jest drożej!

Abonament RTV mają obowiązek opłacać posiadacze odbiorników radiowych i telewizyjnych. Nie każdy wie jednak, że istnieje całkiem pokaźna lista grup zwolnionych z jego uiszczania. Jak zatem wygląda sytuacja od stycznia 2021 roku? Wiemy na pewno, że jest drożej niż dotychczas.
